The RiverThe Eg River and the Ur River are located in northcentral Mongolia; they are a fly fisherman's dream. The Eg River will remind you of an Alaskan river with over- grown banks, big fish structure everywhere, and an aqua blue water color. The Ur River is a gradual flowing river with miles of gradual runs that will make any Steelhead or Atlantic Salmon junkie salivate. Both are blessed with magnificent water quality and are home to solid populations of both Taimen and Lenok, the Asian trout. Learn more. |

The FishingOur anglers have caught and released more world record Taimen on a fly rod than any other lodge in the world. All fishing for Taimen and Lenok is catch and release. Our senior guides have guided for us since 1998 and our junior guide has five years of experience. The CampWe have been involved in the ownership and the operation of remote fishing camps since 1986. While the comfort level of our camps will never rival that of a road accessible camp, we are confident that our camps are the finest in Mongolia and have been told that we have the best showers in Mongolia.
